I accomplished the Master’s of Arts in Counseling at NYACK Alliance Graduate School of Counseling in the year of 2005. In 1997, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology at NYACK’s undergraduate university.

As a licensed professional in psycho-socio counseling, I counsel across varying categories employing multi-disciplines in psychology, i.e., Psychoanalysis and Psychodynamic therapies, Behavior therapy, Cognitive therapy, Humanistic therapy and primarily Integrative or Holistic therapy. I have over eight years of direct counseling intervention across several treatment settings including inpatient mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling and case management, community based clinical counseling services, at home care counseling along with my interim private counseling practices.
I am the founder and CEO of Enduo Christian Counseling Ministry. I provide treatment services to adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups in areas affecting patients and clients of varying backgrounds and diversity. I am an advocate of resolution. I encourage counseling strategies that engage in “resolution” for anger and stress rather than anger and stress “management.” My counseling proficiency is in the following areas of specialty:
OUR PURPOSE
The purpose of Enduo Christian Counseling Ministry is to walk alongside each individual to support him or her in their discovery of hidden layers of disruptive beliefs, thoughts and behaviors that are latent, hinder the individuals advancement or can hinder the individual’s ability to procure his or her goals and objectives in life. Enduo Christian Counseling Ministry is committed to "assist" in exhorting, uncovering, building up and fostering restoration, hope, joy and the Shalom of God to the hearts and minds of its participants/clients/and customers. Enduo Christian Counseling Ministry invests in each individual without partiality with intent that every individual is liberated to succeed in all they do. Enduo exists to consistently encourage each individual to run his or her race effectively. Endoo-o Christian Counseling Ministry is a Restorative Healing Practice.
OUR METHOD
The Integrative counseling approach is preferred because it is inclusive to the practical needs of patients bringing together different elements of specific therapies according to the patient/client’s needs. I take the view that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all circumstances, experiences and situations. Specifically blending Cognitive, Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Reality Based, coupled with Psyche/Pneuma/Soma education is proving advantageous for positive outcomes with patients ages thirteen and up. I credit holistic approaches that explore together with young patients their concerns while introducing them to recognizing and becoming familiar that their minds, spirits and bodies are interconnected and how this composition of themselves when balanced produces wellbeing. My theory is that people are free to experience change when there is an instillation of hope and that they can grow to learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes and replace them with healthier perspectives and informed understanding rather than accept negative or maladaptive thoughts and behaviors as their acceptable normal.
